    Required Skills and Experience

    2+ years experience in a "Quality Manager" role and experience leading a team of 5-6 people specifically in a manufacturing facility

    Currently holds ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 procedures certifications

    Experience being client facing and holding external relationships

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering or quality management

    Nice to Have Skills and Experience

    Experience with root cause analysis methodology

    Experience with statistical process control

    Experience with Six- Sigma process control

    Knowledge of statistical analysis

    Job Description

    A small manufacturing company out of Louisville, CO is looking for a Quality Manager to join the team they will run all aspects of Quality Strategy: devlopment, implementation, regulation and audits. The Quality Manager will set vision and lead the entire organization to enhance the quality culture through continuous improvement and training. Deliver significant results on systemic issues in supply chain quality, internal processes, and customer complaints. Directly manage the Quality Assurance team and indirectly influence positive outcomes in other departments. Maintain ISO 9001 and 14001 certifications. Advise and provide suggestions to the executive leadership team to improve company's performance. You will also over see a team of 5-6 individuals ensuring effective and smooth processes throughout the Quality team.

    This Position starts paying at $100,000/year
