- Assist in product launches via creating, updating, and monitoring all tasks in project management software. Attend project meetings and lead effort to have tasks completed in a timely manner.

- Management of monthly webinar to sales force: gather & send agenda, assemble slide show, administer the webinar, place documents in appropriate folders.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Product planning is a blend of user design, engineering, marketing, and business. The person in this position will report to the Sr. Manager of Controls Product Planning. The person will learn and assist in the core functions of HVAC Controls product management for residential and commercial applications.
HVAC Controls product management teams design strategies and solutions to automate functions within smart homes and commercial buildings as well as create great user interfaces for installers and owners to access their control systems and smart homes. Product managers coordinate all functions related to a product's life cycle: market research, user engagement, design strategies, product development, new product launching, maintenance of the existing product line, and sun setting products. Product Managers need to have a birds-eye view of the Company and the industry, while maintaining technical expertise on the products they manage.
An Industrial design background is recommend as we focus on ways to improve our kumo cloud and kenza cloud services via user experience and engagement. This person should be willing to assist in creating new ideas, assess business opportunities, and recommend strategies along with supporting the implementation of the designs. The person in this position will also learn about all other functions of the company (sales, operations, strategy, IT, engineering and marketing).

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $15.38 and $21.15/hour however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
