This contract provides enterprise information technology services support across DMDC products and services spanning numerous systems and applications covering all four primary business lines: Decision Support Enterprise Integration Entitlements and Benefits Identity Management The candidate of choice must be able to obtain and maintain a position of public trust vetting Active secret or higher clearance may substitute for position of public trust vetting The Mid-Level Software Development Project Manager candidate will perform activities such as serving as a project manager monitoring project completion developing implement tracking project metrics conducting business presentation preparing integrated master plan schedule assisting management recruiting training plans supporting preparation proposals business plans documentation providing solutions to moderately-complex problems The ideal candidate must have experience working on DoD contracts thorough understanding software engineering principles strong analytical quantitative skills ability plan schedule activities accomplish objectives dynamic environment self-starter independent learner capable performing complex work under general guidance required skills include understanding software engineering principles strong analytical quantitative skills ability work team individually plan schedule activities accomplish objectives dynamic environment preferred skills include prior DoD contract military experience current position public trust clearance Secret clearance PMP Program/Project Management Certificate experience working dynamic multi-layer distributed environment managing Firm Fixed Price task Minimum Education Level Bachelor's Degree years experience
