+As Senior Manager at Upstart you will join our Credit Analytics horizontal team.+You will drive strategic workstreams spanning across valuation and credit oversight shaping hands-on scaling analytics processes credit performance frameworks post origination forecasting methodologies.+Partner with Data Analytics Machine Learning Product Engineering Finance teams to shape credit metrics narratives financial forecast driving consensus in state of Upstart platform+Influence Upsstarts credit platform investor lending community informing decisions opportunities risks supported by deep understanding insights on Upsstarts machine learning model credit valuation+Lead develop analytics underwriting decisions credit monitoring model impacts asset forecast valuation modeling conducting in-depth analyses on credit data trends anomalies driving model product decisions+Develop foundational forecast pipelines automated reporting enabling robust dynamic intelligence for Upstart analyst community+,- ,
