RideNow Powersports, a subsidiary of RumbleOn, is seeking a highly organized and dependable Accounting/Title Clerk Clerk with a keen attention-to-detail to join our team in McKinney, Texas If you have an accounting background, go above and beyond to get the job done, and if you are looking for a long-term "home", where your efforts are recognized and appreciated, this opportunity may be the one for you

Responsibilities

• Enter A/R payments, A/P invoices, and process vendor checks.
• General Ledger reconciliations.
• Review timesheets/commissions for payroll processing.
• Post daily bank activity and totals.
• Research and review of store expenses and schedules.
• Make trips to the bank and title office
• Support the General Manager and department managers in cross-training staff on processes and procedures.

Requirements

• 1+ years of general accounting experience
• Experience with AP/AR, reconciliations, cash management and general ledger
• The ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to meet deadlines and to work well under pressure.
• Willingness to drive personal vehicle to bank and title office (mileage reimbursed)
• Vehicle Title experience is a plus, but not required
• Experience working in a dealership environment a plus (automotive or powersports)
