    The Customer Care Specialist plays a vital role at Guardian Alarm, interacting with customers to provide top-notch support on our products and solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide prompt and effective support to customers via phone, email, or other channels
    • Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our system, including details of inquiries, complaints, or comments
    • Utilize knowledge of specific products, services, or areas of expertise to answer complex questions or forward issues to the appropriate team member
    • Detect and diagnose alarm system problems via remote assistance and create service tickets as necessary
    • Perform all procedures required to resolve customer concerns and escalate issues to senior team members when needed

    Requirements:

    • Excellent communication skills, including active listening
    • Service-oriented attitude and ability to resolve customer grievances effectively
    • Proficiency in computer software and willingness to learn new systems
    • Knowledge of Guardian Alarm's products and solutions, or ability to quickly learn them
    • Able to work calmly in a fast-paced environment with high call volumes and tight deadlines
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
    • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a similar industry
