- Establish and maintain good working relationships with the technicians and writers.
- Maintain communication between technicians and writers keep up to date on the status of all vehicles in the shop
- Dispatch work to technicians in an efficient and effective manner
- Responsible for weekly shop productivity and efficiency
- Maintain and monitor the maintenance on shop equipment
- Work with the Service Manager to ensure that OSHA standards are being maintained within the shop
- Ensure a complete multi-point inspection is performed on customer vehicles to determine if further safety or service work is needed
- Service Technician Experience a plus
- Recent and Verifiable Automotive Service Experience Required
- Experience with Reynolds is strongly preferred
- Have a valid driver's license
- Organization and time management skills
- Be coach-able and willing to learn
- Excellent appearance and good verbal communication skills

Must have either Automotive Service Dispatching, Service Writing or Technician experience.
Compensation: $80,000- $120,000 on average (base plus commission)
