Assisting patients with activities of daily living ADLs including bathing dressing grooming and feeding Monitoring and recording vital signs such as blood pressure temperature and pulse Helping with mobility and transferring patients from beds to chairs or assisting with walking Providing basic medical care such as changing dressings applying creams or assisting with medications under the direction of nurses Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients
