- Take charge of several multi-million dollar roadway projects for the California and Nevada transportation departments.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of project execution, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with federal and governmental regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and milestones.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or deviations from the plan.
- Communicate project status, updates, and risks to senior management and stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment among project team members.
- Report directly to the CEO and collaborate with other Project Managers to ensure alignment and consistency across projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management required. PE designation is preferred but not required.
- Proven experience managing large-scale roadway projects, preferably in the federal or governmental sector.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
