      $1,000 Sign-On BonusPark Village Healthcare & Rehabilitation in DeSoto, TX, is looking for a dynamic PTA to join our team to help us continue to dignify long term care in the eyes of the worldOur therapists specialize in skilled and long term care and are certified in programs such as LSVT, Dry Needling, and Abilities Care Approach.
    We have a wide assortment of therapy equipment including modalities such as Diathermy, Ultrasound, and E-stim. The staff here at Park Village are a diverse mix of experienced and new grad therapists and assistants.

    In addition to providing IN HOUSE therapy services, we also offer outpatient services to bring our expertise out to the community.

    Experience/Qualifications:
    Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant This position is open to PTAs at all experience levels

    Desired Skills:

    Exhibits a sincere desire to help patients and residents in their rehabilitation process Superior interpersonal communication skills Strong writing skills required for documentation of the care you provide Exhibits knowledge and understanding of therapy practice Possesses and conveys high degree of credibility and integrity Enjoys team cohesion, is a team player, has a positive attitude and a strong desire to make a constructive impact on organizational excellence Understands and accepts the unpredictable nature and needs of the therapy function in a busy rehab department Pay rates are competitive and based on various factors.
