    Senior Lead Business Analyst

    Become a leader within Navistar's IT organization and drive innovative capabilities with industry-leading products.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead business analysis expertise in identifying, analyzing, and evaluating business requirements.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Procurement applications and provide updates to IT and business leadership.
    • Lead project teams to ensure milestones are met and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address business and systems issues.
    • Design, implement, and support automated, reliable, and available IT solutions.
    • Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or higher.
    • At least 8 years of business analyst experience, with at least 1 year of lead experience.

    Desired Skills:

    • Experience with Sourcing, Contract Management, and Procure to Pay processes.
    • Knowledge of Ivalua and SAP applications is an asset.
    • Project management experience is an advantage.
