Calendar Length: Full Time, 260 days. Grant funded for a period of 2 years with no guarantee for an extension
Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 annual salary commensurate with experience and education
Benefits: Standard benefits package with health, dental, vision, LTD, Short-term disability, Life, and Teacher Retirement Fund (TRF). 2 personal days, 10 sick days, 20 vacation days, and 14 paid holidays. Cell phone reimbursement. Work from home up to 3 days per week.

CIESC seeks a qualified candidate for the position of Early Childhood Specialist to support individuals participating in an Early Childhood Education (ECE) Teacher Registered Pre-Apprenticeship and Apprenticeship Program. The apprenticeship program is meant to provide increased entry points into the field and strengthen career pathways for early childhood care and education (ECCE) workers by leveraging new competency-based, job embedded workforce models to make ECCE careers more attractive for students. The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) has identified apprenticeships as an effective approach to recruiting and retaining early childhood educators in ECE career pathways
