    Position: Metal Fabricator
    Location: Reidsville, North Carolina, United States

    Responsibilities :

    As a Metal Fabricator, you will play a crucial role in shaping and fabricating our products. Your expertise will be essential in creating high-quality metal components.


    Here's what you'll be doing:

    • Utilize a variety of fabrication machines, including but not limited to
      CNC Machines : Set up and operate CNC equipment for precise cutting, bending, and shaping of metal. Ensure safety protocols are followed while operating machinery.
    • Material Handling:
    Lift and move metal sheets and components as needed. Organize materials efficiently for production.


    • Quality Control:
    Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications. Make necessary adjustments to achieve desired results.


    • Blueprint Interpretation:
    Read and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements.+ Perform tack welding and assembly of metal components.


    • Tape Measure Proficiency:
    Accurately read a tape measure down to the
    32nd of an inch . Use precise measurements for cutting and shaping metal.



    • Shears :
    Cut metal sheets to specific dimensions



    • Grinders :
    Smooth and finish metal surfaces



    • Press Brake :
    Bend and form metal parts accurately



    • Routers :
    Shape intricate designs


    Shift Hours:

     Monday through Thursday, from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM

    Pay Range:
    We offer competitive hourly compensation in the range of $18 to $20 per hour


    Work Environment:

     Our facility is a custom machine and fabrication shop, where creativity and precision come together to produce exceptional metal products


    Requirements:

    To excel in this role, you'll need the following qualifications:+
    Experience : Minimum of
    2 years in metal fabrication



    • Machine Proficiency :
    Demonstrated experience with CNC machines, shears, grinders, press brakes, and routers



    • Precision Skills :
    Ability to work with precision and attention to detail



    • Safety Awareness :
    Knowledge of safety protocols when operating machinery



    • Team Player :
    Willingness to collaborate and contribute to a positive work environment
