Job Description:
The Regional Operations Organization (ROO) is a bp retail entity that supports the operations of more than 200 company owned and over 1,000 franchised convenience retail stores operating under the brands of Thorntons and ampm across the West Coast, Midwest, and Northeast regions. We are looking for guest-centric leaders with a growth mindset and a strategic approach to assist us in continuing to develop the leading convenience retail chain of the future.
The Region Manager (RM) reports to the Director of Operations and supervises up to 13 store operations. The RM oversees a team of General Managers, Store Managers, Food Service Managers, and Guest Service Representatives. The primary responsibilities of the RM include business planning, leadership, and day-to-day operations oversight. The RM is accountable for establishing a robust operations leadership team, increasing sales and profits, achieving budgeted numbers, driving process improvement initiatives, ensuring a safe quality food and beverage offer, fostering a culture of appreciation among store leaders, and delivering the organization's annual big rocks.
