    LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a top client and assisting them search for a Learning and Development professional who will be responsible for the creation of learning and development course content, standardization and improving the knowledge base and productivity of the organization's team members via both centralized and decentralized training functions.

    Candidates must have demonstrable corporate environment Learning, Training and/ or Organizational Development experience of at least one year.


    This leader assesses company-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives and is responsible for improving of the organization's employees through pertinent content.

    This leader will drive a culture of inclusion and learning while creating best in class learning experiences for corporate functions, operations, and maintenance development.

    This leader must have coaching, employee growth and or leadership training experience. Succession planning experience would be preferred.

    KEY DUTIES
    Designs and develops best in class learning either online/on demand or for in person training using mature needs assessments
    Partner with the business to identify course outcomes and clearly articulate course objectives, requirements, and assessment criteria
    Conducts annual training and development needs assessment.
    Creates standard training matrices
    Creates development track standards that identify growth potentials by skillsets and potentials. (9 Box/12 Box)
    Develops mentorship training and development programs and objectives.
    Partners to develop robust succession planning programs
    Partners to develop engagement and retention development plans


    KEY REQUIREMENTS
    Bachelor's degree in relevant field - Business Administration, Organizational Development or related field from an accredited university.
    Bilingual - Spanish/English
    Must have corporate experience in HR, Learning, Training, etc.
    3+ years of experience in L&D, talent management (organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, or leadership development).
    Must have 5 years overall Human Resources Experience.
    Experience with a variety of multimedia corporate training platforms and methods.
