    What you will be doing:


    Project Manager is responsible for reviewing, documenting, monitoring project plans for assigned internal customers and managing purchase orders and vendor payments for Production (quality) department.


    Main Duties and Responsibilities:
    Document Software Tools projects, from design through implementation, in MS Projects
    Meet weekly with Software and Operations teams to ensure project tasks are completed per the workplan
    Review multiple project plans, identify potential resource conflicts, and propose resolutions
    Report status of priority projects to Operations Director & Managers
    Tracks cost avoidance performance and cost reduction opportunities in support of Software project prioritization
    Own invoice payment process for specified Production service providers
    Ensure creation of Purchase Orders, execute requisitions and check requests with correct data and information.
    Ensure Invoices are received for payment.
    Ensure timely closing of purchase orders.
    Financial tracking, monitoring and reporting of Purchase Orders.
    Resolve inquiries from vendors in a timely manner

    What you will need to be successful

    Bachelor's degree in GIS i.e. Geographic Information Systems, Business, Finance or related field
    Minimum of 3 years of experience documenting project plans
    Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchase order/vendor payment processing in complex multi-country environment
    Ability to work in a matrix team with strong organizational skills
    Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
    Advanced level data analysis, excel and complex reporting skills a plus
    Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
