    The Strategic Division (SD) supports high-reliability organizations including Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP), Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, and the Department of Energy (DOE), among others
    Our support across our client base is expanding rapidly and encompasses important services, such as data analytics and visualization, threat analysis, risk management, modeling and simulation, cost estimating, earned value management, program management, system engineering, independent evaluation, and High Consequence Event prevention
    The Surety Programs Group (SPG) supports government and private sector management of complex safety, security, and reliability programs for high consequence operations
    SPG delivers industry-leading, innovative, and value-added services such as data analytics and visualization, threat analysis, risk management, modeling and simulation, program management, system engineering, independent evaluation, and High Consequence Event prevention to help our clients understand and mitigate mission risks spanning physical, cyber, and human domains
    SPA/SPG is hiring for a Nuclear Weapons Surety Program Analyst
    Responsibilities The Nuclear Weapons Surety Program Analyst will lead reviews and provide analysis and recommendations for the Navy Nuclear Deterrence Mission (NNDM), and nuclear weapons surety policies and directives, support nuclear weapons technical inspections, technical assist visits, and provisional use evaluations, and support the training of nuclear weapons inspectors

    Tasks and duties include:

    • Conduct liaison and coordination for policy development matters.
    • Provide support for the planning and execution of projects.
    • Participate in meetings in conjunction with government personnel.
    • Lead and support planned events with subject matter expertise and/or documentation support.
    • Draft formal correspondence on policy interpretation, draft/review implementation policies, and compile and adjudicate stakeholder draft policy reviews.
    • Support long term planning, internal and external communications and the drafting and delivery of reports, correspondence, and briefings

    Qualifications Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Natural Sciences, or Engineering.
    • Current DoD TOP SECRET clearance, or U.S
    Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintaine TOP SECRET clearance.


    • Prior Navy Department Head or equivalent experience in Ballistic Missile Submarines, Strategic Weapons Facilities, Strategic Systems Programs, or Fleet Nuclear Weapons Inspection Detachments.
    • Experience with the Navy Nuclear Weapons Technical Proficiency Inspections and Nuclear Weapons Incident Programs.
    • Experience with Navy RADCON/RADHEALTH and PRP.
    • Understanding of the policies associated with the aforementioned programs, and ability interpreting and drafting policy guidance relating to Navy nuclear weapons safety, security, and reliability requirements

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Prior Navy Missile Technician LDO.
    • Prior Navy SSBN Weapons Department Head.
    • Prior Navy Nuclear Weapons Senior Inspector.
    • Certified Navy Master Training Specialist.
