    Embark on an exciting journey as an Advanced Practice Provider Assistant with our team – where detail-oriented individuals are sought after.

    As a fundamental medical staff member, you are integral in easing paperwork tasks and operating electronic health records. Still, you also strive to ensure that time constraints do not compromise patients' care.


    In this multifaceted role, you can expect to collaborate with other providers, print lab reports and chart physician appointments, generate and compile referral letters sent to the patient's insurer, and provide summaries of the consultation or treatment session to ensure the accuracy of medical records and documentation.

    Ultimately, your duties will ensure that provider-patient interactions are seamlessly recorded for future reference.

    Typical Duties Include

    Taking notes during patient visits and documenting them in the electronic health records system

    Learning about the medical process and using a team approach in patient supervision and documentation

    Working with a supervising Physician or Doctor to complete and submit medical records

    Communicating with patients and supervising Physicians professionally

    Completing all administrative tasks efficiently and helping the Physician take tests and give out medication

    Helping electronically prescribe medication for patients

    No margin for error—the finished product must be polished and precise, even after undergoing rigorous inspection and quality assurance measures.
