    As an In Patient Physical Therapist for a growing hospital, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of patients by providing high-quality physical therapy services. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with a variety of musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed.

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Perform evaluations to assess patients' physical and functional abilities
    • Develop patient-centered treatment plans based on evaluation findings and established goals
    • Implement evidence-based interventions to improve patients' physical function and reduce pain
    • Educate patients and their families about the goals and expectations of physical therapy
    • Monitor and document patients' progress throughout the course of treatment
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to coordinate care and optimize outcomes
    • Stay current with the latest research and developments in the field of physical therapy
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient treatments and progress
    • Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and professional ethics standards

    Requirements:
    • Valid state license or certification to practice as a physical therapist
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in physical therapy from an accredited institution
    • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics
    • Excellent clinical skills and ability to develop appropriate treatment plans
    • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patient cases
    • Commitment to professional development and lifelong learning
    • Previous experience in an inpatient setting is preferred, but not required

    Requirements
