About the Job

Sigma Defense is seeking Navy Veterans, specifically former Officers or Chief Petty Officers with Combat Systems experience, to occupy the Technical Integrator position within the Distributed Training Architecture Support (DTAS) team at Tactical Training Group Pacific (TTGP). This role necessitates the unique skill sets developed throughout Naval careers in Combat Systems training configuration, operation, maintenance, and management to support TTGP's mission of providing advanced tactical training to deploying ships and strike groups through Fleet Synthetic Training (FST). The opportunity presents a chance to contribute to cutting-edge Live Virtual Training initiatives while making a significant impact on the Navy's capabilities. As part of this exceptional team, Technical Integrators will collaborate with Technical Managers, Subject Matter Experts, Equipment Technicians, and Equipment Operators in various tasks such as configuring and operating the Fleet Battle Lab and Modeling & Simulation Control Centers, Synthetic Training Event Planning, Integration, and Execution, BMD Systems and Training Support, Tactical Data Management Support, and Executive Agent Support. Candidates must hold an active, DoD-issued Secret security clearance and possess a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. The salary range for this position is $95,000 to $110,000 annually. Requirements include a minimum of five years of Combat Systems management experience as a Naval Officer or Chief Petty Officer or equivalent, supervising combat systems configuration, operation, maintenance, and repair, as well as experience in Strike Group, Fleet, or Major Training Command, Systems Testing Command, or similar military organizational planning. Additionally, candidates should have experience operating a C5I system in FST or equivalent complex architecture.
