    Founded in 1896 as Chicago Telephone Supply, CTS is headquartered in Lisle, IL.Job/Position SummaryThe Industrial Engineering Intern supports the ABQ site by studying process time and documenting the results.

    The responsibilities of this position include time set-up, run rate, machine time update documentation as needed and submit to document control.

    These activities will require good organization skills and attention to detail.
    Primary activities will be to support piezoelectric products, including both lead based and non-lead based materials.

    Primary ResponsibilitiesReview existing documentation of SAPDetermine current set time, run rateReview and update site floor plan;Identify opportunity for improvements in both rate and product flow.

    Submit documentation in CPRO to update SAPSummarizing and sharing data with engineering teamRequirementsEnrollment in an accredited engineering program requiredCompletion of four semesters of engineering curriculum requiredIndustrial Engineering major is desiredMust be US citizen and able to work on US military projectsKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesEnergetic, motivated individual with ability to independently complete tasks assigned by engineeringAttention to safety and safe handling of lead containing materialsAbility to learn and operate presses.
