    Pay rate:
    $15.00 per hour

    Shift:

    • Mid shift will start 12 noon or 1pm - 8-hour shift must work weekends. Will be off 2 days during the week.

    Job modality:
    Remote (Must reside in KS)

    Terms:
    Long term temporary (6 months, could be extended)

    We are seeking a skilled Contact Center Tech Rep with call center experience to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist students with issues related to school databases. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills to provide effective support to students.


    Responsibilities:

    • Provide technical assistance and support to students experiencing issues with school databases.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve database-related problems efficiently and effectively.
    • Assist students with accessing, navigating, and using various database systems.
    • Document and track student inquiries and resolutions accurately in the support system.
    • Collaborate with other team members and departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
    • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during interactions with students.
    • Follow established procedures and protocols for handling student inquiries and technical issues.
    • Continuously update knowledge of school database systems and related technologies to provide up-to-date support.

    Qualifications:

    • HS Diploma or GED
    • Previous experience in a call center or contact center environment.
    • Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot database-related issues.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
    • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
    • Familiarity with school database systems and educational software is preferred.
    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus.
