    Sr. Director of Compliance Job Summary

    Building and overseeing Nextracker's compliance function, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies and procedures. Reviewing standards and monitoring a framework and procedures to ensure effective and efficient compliance programs throughout the organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Assist the organization in effectively and efficiently complying with laws and regulations.
    * Identify and research statutory and regulatory requirements that may impact our business, evaluating and summarizing their potential effects for communication to business units.
    * Plan, organize, and execute day-to-day operational compliance activities, including complaints, inquiries, state and product filings, licensing, marketing and advertising reviews.
    * Develop and maintain an effective compliance framework for our growing business team.
    * Work with business teams and leadership to reasonably and effectively remediate issues identified through inquiries, complaints, litigation, and other external inputs.
    * Write process documentation for the organization to reasonably comply with compliance requirements affecting our business.
    * Evaluate and test Nextracker's compliance with regulatory requirements to identify deficiencies and advise business teams on reasonable strategies for effective resolution.
    * Develop, maintain, and update an ongoing annual organization-wide compliance and governance risk assessment.

    Requirements

    * J.D. degree and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar.
    * 5+ years of legal experience, including work at a law firm and/or in-house, in a role directly managing key aspects of a compliance program.
    * Strong experience in designing, implementing, and evolving comprehensive compliance frameworks.
    * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex compliance matters to the Board, C-suite, and senior leadership.
    * Self-starter with proven ability to take initiative, work independently, and drive compliance strategies from conception to execution.
