    Flex Houseparents: Guiding Students with Care and Compassion

    We are seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, residing on-campus student homes and guiding approximately 8-12 students. Flex houseparents provide a consistent family-like structure, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and more.

    Couples will cover different student homes initially before being assigned to one specific home.

    Benefits of Being a Flex Houseparent

    • Competitive Compensation: $43,825 per person (approx. $165,000 total compensation package for couples, including free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more)

    • Flexible Schedule: nine days on followed by three days off, with personal time during school hours

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • Experience Working with Youth: preferably from under-served settings
    • Married Couple: at least two years of marriage required
    • Age Requirement: both spouses must be 27 or older
    • Dependent Children: no more than three may reside in the student home
    • Smoking and Pet Policy: smoke-free and weapon-free campus; only fish and approved breeds of dogs permitted
    • Driver's License and Certification: valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
    • Faith-Based Requirements: comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
    • Education: high school diploma or GED required
    • Physical Ability: able to lift up to 50 lbs.
    • Integrity: demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students
