**WHO WE ARE**
Artisanal Brewing Ventures (ABV) is a top 10 regional craft alcohol company in the US, made up of 5 long standing, successful craft brands. Currently were made up of four breweries (Victory Brewing, Bold Rock, Sixpoint, Southern Tier Brewing) and one distillery (Southern Tier Distilling). We have locations in 5 states (NY, PA, OH, VA, NC) including taprooms, production facilities and our corporate headquarters.
**WHAT WE DO**
Southern Tier Distillery was granted our NY State Farm Distillers License in 2015. Since that day we have been working to not just make one outstanding spirit, but numerous spirits coming from local farms to glass.
Word got out that Southern Tier had created a distillery and was selling spirits, so the orders came flowing in To support our growth, we pride ourselves in adding dedicated team members experienced in guaranteeing the highest standards are met.
**WHAT YOULL DO**
Duties include conducting the day-to-day responsibilities of the delivery process related to the Spirits Delivered to meet consumer request and business commitments.
**Reports to:** Southern Tier Distilling Brand Manager
Manage the pickup and return of a rented box truck (up to 20 truck) at an offsite location
Pick up product on pallets from the designated warehouse facility
Transport product to Pittsburgh taproom (316 N. Shore Drive, Pittsburgh, PA)
Fulfill customer orders by picking products and hand delivering to customers
Represent Southern Tier Distilling Company with friendly customer service provider as a brand representative
Secure any remaining products onto pallet(s) to return to warehouse facility
Deliver remaining product to designated warehouse and unload truck upon arrival
Track and submit any incurred expenses as needed e.g.: fuel, tolls, etc.
**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**
Must be 21 years of age or older
Valid State Issued Drivers license, CDL is a plus but not required
Certified Forklift Operator is a plus
Personable attitude with strong interpersonal skill
Experience acting as a customer facing brand representative
Skilled at collaborating with internal and external business partners
Ability to cover adhoc meals & hotels as they arise
**Supervisory Responsibility**
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
**Physical Requirements ** Candidate should be able to perform repetitive physical tasks, lifting heavy objects up to 50 lbs. or more from ground level. Physically capable of climbing into and out of a box truck repetitively, kneel, stoop, crouch or crawl.
**Alcohol Responsibility** The candidate must fully understand that they are a representative of not only the company, but of the alcohol beverage industry. They are to conduct themselves within the limits of the law and with concern to the education of responsible consumption at all times. This includes working hours, trade shows, festivals and while entertaining in the name of the company or its affiliates. Any poor reflection or legal matters that may arise due to poor judgment may be dealt with by means of disciplinary action up to and including termination.
**Position Type/Expected Hours of Work**
Approximately 15-18 hours occurring at least one weekday per month
**Travel**
This position requires driving a delivery truck round-trip between Jamestown/Lakewood, NY and Pittsburgh, PA
