    Board Certified Behavior Analyst

    Are you a compassionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst seeking an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students? ProCare Therapy is currently searching foran exceptional BCBA to join one of our trusted school districts in beautiful Salinas, California. As a key member of the special education department, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention plans that promote skill acquisition, social development, and independence for students with autism and related disabilities. Through evidence-based practices and collaborative partnerships, you will empower students, families, and educators to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

    Job Description

    • Full time
    • M-F
    • Full 24/25 school year
      • 8am-5pm, with 60 minute unpaid lunch
    • Summer position: July 29, June 30, 2025
      • ???????5.5 hours per day
    • 7th-12th grade caseload
    • About 15-55 students
    • Duties: will supervise approx. 30 behavior specialists and Para educators
    • This position is using the consultation model

    Job Requirements

    • Current and Active National Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
    • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
    • Must possess a valid CA Driver's License
    • Experience working with students with special needs in a school setting
    • Knowledge of behavior intervention strategies and techniques
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and school staff
    • Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check

    Interview Process

    • 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Recruiter
    • 20-30 minute virtual/in-person interview with school district
    • Offer is typically within 24 hours of virtual interview

    As a ProCare employee, you will be paid on a weekly basis through direct deposit. Your hourly rate will be dependent upon your experience and education.
