    Position Overview:
    We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Director of Compensation.

    The successful candidate will have extensive experience in compensation planning & administration, strategy development, and implementation, along with proficiency in managing payroll processes and systems, particularly Workday.


    Responsibilities:


    Develop and implement comprehensive compensation strategies and programs that align with the organization's objectives and support talent acquisition, retention, and motivation.

    Lead the design, analysis, and administration of compensation programs, including base pay, incentives, bonuses, profit sharing, and equity plans, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with regulations.

    Conduct regular market analysis to assess the competitiveness of our compensation packages and recommend adjustments as needed to attract and retain top talent.

    Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to develop budgetary plans related to compensation and ensure alignment with overall financial goals.

    Oversee the payroll function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees.
    Manage payroll policies, procedures, and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

    Lead the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the Workday compensation & payroll modules, leveraging its capabilities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

    Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the compensation and payroll teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

    Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to compensation and payroll, recommending adjustments to policies and practices as necessary.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects and initiatives as needed.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
    8+ years of progressive experience in compensation management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing compensation.
    Strong knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and regulations, with experience developing and implementing compensation programs.
    Experience managing payroll processes and systems, preferably Workday
    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations.
    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
    Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred.
