- Compensation is $450,000 per year
- Guaranteed base salary for 1.0 FTE (Pro rated for 0.75 FTE)
- Production bonus paid bi weekly, calculated using a rolling 4 month average of wRVU production
- Physicians often increase total compensation by 75%+ once fully ramped
- To support candidates who are ready to move forward, we're offering an enhanced signing bonus of up to $50,000 for agreements finalized by May 29th, 2026.

- CME allowance of $6,000 plus 80 CME hours annually (1.0 FTE)
