Responsibilities
- Provides high quality care meets the needs of patient family by performing evaluations interpreting assessment results developing goals appropriate child creating implementing physical therapy treatment plans conjunction physician
- Assists pediatric patients develop regain physical neurological cognitive social/emotional functioning improves level independence implementing skilled interventions maximize potential individual child
- Participates educating coaching empowering caregivers families develop skills carry over therapeutic activities daily routine
- Coodinates referral partners provide services children accordance physician order
