Career as Flex Houseparent

As a Full-time Flex Houseparent at our residential program for pre-K through 12th grade students, you will reside on-campus with your spouse in student homes providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for approximately 813 students living together . You play a vital role creating a structured family-like environment that fosters academic,
emotional,and social development of our students so they can reach their full potential.

• Providing daily supervision & mentorship
• Managing household routines & student schedules
