    Job Title

    Physical Therapist (Full-Time/Part-Time)

    About the Role

    We are currently seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at APEX. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive work environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical condition and develop personalized treatment plans.
    • Administer various forms of therapy, including exercises, stretches, and manual techniques, to promote healing and improve mobility.
    • Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

    Qualifications

    • Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
    • Current registration as a Physical Therapist in New York State.
    • Professional experience in geriatric and/or long-term care settings.

    Working Conditions

    This is a Full-time position with a competitive hourly rate of $55.00 per hour. The schedule includes evening shifts, Monday through Friday, with weekends as needed.

    Requirements

    • Ability to relocate to Bronx, NY 10456 prior to starting work.
