- Develop sales and marketing campaigns and initiate community engagements within the wellness community
- Constantly engage with new customers through studio tours, Care Cards, listening to and answering questions, and making recommendations on services
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to educate potential clients on Restore's offerings
- Initiate the sales process by scheduling and conducting appointments with warm leads

As a Manager in Training with Restore, you will be consistently exposed to managerial responsibilities as you learn the in's and out's of how to lead a high-performing health and wellness team. You will take pride in being the face of our location, learning from the ground up, as you assist customers with all their wellness needs.
