You will take direction to help prepare jobsites and use hand and power tools to prepare, remove and install all types of fences per spec requirements.

As a field employee you are the face of the company and we rely on you to maintain a sense of professionalism and focus on customer service, even while under pressure to meet tight deadlines and strict security requirements.

Complete training will be provided to the successful candidate.
Completing operational paperwork (JHA's reports, truck inventory logs, site checklists, etc.) Taking direction from Lead Fence Technician/Operations Manager

• Assisting in navigating to sites to ensure the crew arrives in the safest and most expedient way possible
• Ability to take direction and supervision
• Motivation to "get the job done" even when managing a heavy workload and tight deadlines
• Ability to accurately and thoroughly complete paperwork
• Knowledge of general tools and equipment (drills, power washers, post driver, banding equipment, etc.)
• Experience operating a fork-lift and a one-ton truck preferred but not mandatory

Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
