- Placing and overseeing children in foster care in line with contract/program plan requirements.
- Maintaining and monitoring suitable placements to ensure safety, permanency, and well-being goals are achieved. Completing documentation and required visits within specified timeframes
- Submitting all referral forms and other necessary documentation to achieve permanency goals effectively and efficiently within established timeframes
- Finalizing all Caritas paperwork and adhering to program expectations relevant to the role.
- Establishing a therapeutic relationship and involving families, caregivers, and other service providers in the treatment process.
- Utilizing and coordinating appropriate agency and community resources to address the needs of those being assisted.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related field of human services. A minimum of 2 years' experience is required for Specialized Case Work. Prior experience as a Case Manager is advantageous.
