    SUMMARY:


    The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant is responsible for leading, developing, and executing OCM Strategy and communications activities within the organization (HR, M&A).


    Serves as the point of contact for all related Communications and OCM activities, developing, maintaining, and implementing communications and OCM plans on high-visibility projects that impact the enterprise.


    Qualifications include:
    5+ years of direct organizational effectiveness, strategic planning, communications or change management experience.
    Related OCM experience in the HR space.
    M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) experience preferred
    Knowledge of OCM methodologies and techniques.
    Demonstrated written communication ability.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

    Preferred Qualifications
    Self-directed; Independent thinker and worker.

    Demonstrated project management skills; including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments associated with work processes and small to medium projects.

    Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    Change Management certification (PROSCI, CCMP, etc.).
    Experience with organizational cultural transformation and change efforts.
