- Review and analyze corporate documents like operating agreements and partnership agreements
- Draft and maintain important legal documents, including bylaws and partnership agreements
- Help create organization charts and assist with entity formation filings
- Manage corporate records and prepare essential authorizing documents for entities
- Assist with obtaining documents like EINs and good standing certificates
- Ensure documents are complete, including filling in missing information and obtaining necessary details from clients
- Prepare documents for closing, ensuring everything is in order for a smooth transaction
- Work with title companies and other parties to finalize closing documents and ensure filings are completed
- Assist with signature pages and coordinate with clients during document signings
- Follow up on recorded documents and prepare closing binders
- Coordinate UCC filings and related documents
- Review and summarize title exceptions and surveys
- Work with attorneys to resolve title issues and prepare title objection letters
- Assist with zoning reports and revisions, ensuring compliance with requirements
- Stay organized by updating checklists and participating in team calls
- Manage the download and organization of important loan and due diligence documents
