    MedPro Healthcare Staffing, a Certified Staffing Agency, is seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technologist for a contract role with a top healthcare client.

    Requirements

    • Valid License
    • Appropriate Special Certifications
    • Preferred: Two years of Cath Lab experience, especially in critical care.

    Duties Responsibilities

    The Cath Lab Tech's main role is to assist in patient care in the cardiac catheterization lab (CCL) by providing technical support to the team.

    • Deliver safe and quality patient care in the Interventional Cardiology department
    • Support in various cardiac or vascular diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
    • Maintain high patient care standards through effective communication and collaboration
    • Work under the supervision of the performing cardiologist/radiologist
    • Assist during procedures by operating equipment and obtaining necessary inventory and medications
    • Ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines
    • Provide cost-effective patient care professionally
    • Create a patient-focused environment of excellence
    • Promote a safe work environment for staff and customers
    • Accurately update patient records
