- Application Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and develop applications, adhering to standards and best practices, and ensuring alignment with project timelines and requirements. Utilize Agile or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.
- System Maintenance: Coordinate system updates, implement break/fix solutions, and update documentation. Validate code segments for User Acceptance Testing.
- Policy Adherence: Ensure development activities comply with established policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in development processes and recommend changes to enhance work quality.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams and adhere to protocol for engaging resources.
- Issue Resolution: Find efficient solutions to development issues to meet customer requirements.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on programming experience in application development.
