Laine Recruiting has partnered with a leading law firm of nearly 300 attorneys that operates strategic offices located throughout the Northeastern United States.

They are seeking an Associate to join their growing Labor & Employment Practice area.

This role can be located in Albany, Boston, Buffalo, New Haven, New York City, Rochester, Syracuse or Washington, DC. Some onsite work is required, so fully remote is not an option.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of experienced practitioners. Well-qualified candidates will have at least two years of experience in labor and employment law. Experience in higher education is highly regarded, but not required.

The target salary range for the role is between $100-150k and there are also merit-based bonuses that can push total compensation into the $115-170k range.
