Job Title: Meat Department Associate

At Sam's Club, we are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our meat department team. As a meat department associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our members receive high-quality meat products and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with other associates to build a strong meat team, communicate effectively, and adapt to changing business needs.
• Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of business operations, product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and equipment operation and maintenance.
• Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and enhance associate engagement.
• Be an Owner: Maintain work areas according to company policies and procedures, ensure quality and date control standards, and secure merchandise.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department and club by providing exceptional service and modeling high-quality products.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in the food industry or related field preferred.
