    Job Summary/Basic Function:

    NOTE :
    This position can be filled at the grade E33 or E34 level depending on candidate qualifications.

    The position will perform the following duties and functions:


    • Identity and Access Management Implementation and Maintenance (about 35% of the time)
    • Risk Management and Compliance (about 25 % of the time)
    • Planning and Project Management (about 15% of the time)
    • Technical Expertise and Integration (about 15% of the time)
    • Collaboration and Vendor Management (about 10% of the time)

    Required Qualifications:

    Required:

    • Bachelor's Degree in related IT field or related equivalent work experience
    4 years of experience in 5 or more of the following areas:


    • Experience with agile development techniques and secure software development life cycle
    • Experience translating security-related matters into business terms that are clear and understandable to executives
    • Able to work with program management and procurement to ensure financial and delivery commitments are maintained
    • Experience thinking strategically and incorporating business needs into technical roadmaps
    • Extensive knowledge of IAM architecture and design principles, including identity federation and/or zero trust security models
    • Understanding of emerging IAM technologies, such as blockchain and artificial intelligence (AI)
    • Experience in developing and implementing IAM strategies that align with business goals and objectives
    • Implementation of IAM -related risk assessments, audits, and compliance reporting
    • Implementation of IAM -related incident management and recovery
    ITIL Foundation certification and any of the additional certifications listed below are a plus:


    • CCSP
    • CISA
    • GCIA
    • CSSLP
    • Certified Information Security Manager (CISM ) certification: This certification focuses on information security management, including IAM -related strategy and risk management
    • Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH ) certification: This certification provides an understanding of ethical hacking techniques, including how to identify and mitigate IAM -related vulnerabilities

    Note:

    New employees hired with the required knowledge and experience, but without the certifications will be required to obtain certification within one year of employment.
