Job summary

The Credit Risk Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and integrity of all documentation and milestones supporting a client's financing from contract through home start.
The role combines credit review, appraisal analysis, and operational compliance to minimize risk and ensure that all approvals meet company and lending standards prior to construction.
A successful candidate demonstrates ownership of process outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field preferred; high school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum three to five years of experience in mortgage lending, credit analysis or real estate finance required
