PhysicianLocation:2185 W Grant Line Rd, Tracy, CA 95377Responsibilities:Manage care for a panel of patients in the Family Medicine department.

Perform routine exams and minor procedures, request tests and consultations as needed, determine diagnoses and treatment, prescribe medications as needed and use a computer to update medical records, communicate with patients, colleagues, and staff.

Analyze patients medical history, medication allergies, physical condition, and examination results to verify necessary procedures and to determine the best procedure.

Perform appropriate patient examination to provide information on the medical condition. Refer patient to medical specialist or other practitioners when necessary. Prepare and maintain timely documentation of the patients medical treatment and history. Provide consultation and assistance to other physicians. Maintain universal precautions and infection control standards in all aspects of patient care. Manages/provides a safe environment for patients.
Educ.

/experience:

Requires Medical Degree (M.D.) degree, or foreign equivalent, and current State of California medical license, and completion of accredited residency program in Family Medicine.

Salary range:
