- Provides for the enforcement of Municipal Housing codes and regulations, communicating tenants regarding corrective measures necessary to comply with lease requirements.
- Facilitates entry level of new tenants or evictions/cancellations of previous tenants from such properties.
- Assists in coordinating fumigations for City Properties.
- Collects earnings from individually City owned laundromats on properties and deliver accounted coinage to City Finance Department; reports non-working machines to maintenance for further repairs.
- Performs clerical duties, such as delivering correspondence between departments, assisting with staffing at Main office, answering phones, collecting rent, and creating work orders.
- Provides occasional on-call maintenance supervision, including the handling of incoming 24hr emergency maintenance calls from tenants in Municipal Housing or Noise Abatement properties. Contacts the appropriate technician to address issue.
