    We are currently seeking a friendly and efficient Hotel Front Desk Agent to provide top-notch service to our guests at the hotel.

    As a Hotel Front Desk Agent, you will greet guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, address any queries they may have, and ensure they have a pleasant stay.

    The perfect candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a dedication to guest satisfaction.



    About the Role and Company:
    The Hotel Front Desk Agent role involves interacting with guests, managing bookings, and ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out process at our hotel. Our company values customer service and aims to provide a memorable experience for all guests.

    Responsibilities:
    • Address customer concerns and complaints effectively
    • Handle reservations via phone, online, and in person, and assist with inquiries regarding room availability, rates, amenities, and special requests

    General Duties:
    Verify and update guest account information accurately

    • Coordinate with housekeeping to prepare guest rooms
    • Welcome guests, process check-ins and check-outs, assign rooms, and maintain guest payment details

    Qualifications:
    • Experience in managing phone calls and resolving issues calmly
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation systems
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Strong time management, organizational, customer service, and interpersonal skills
    • Previous experience as a hotel front desk agent, receptionist, or guest service specialist is a plus

    Compensation: $13 - $15 per hour
