- Address customer concerns and complaints effectively
- Handle reservations via phone, online, and in person, and assist with inquiries regarding room availability, rates, amenities, and special requests
- Coordinate with housekeeping to prepare guest rooms
- Welcome guests, process check-ins and check-outs, assign rooms, and maintain guest payment details
- Experience in managing phone calls and resolving issues calmly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong time management, organizational, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience as a hotel front desk agent, receptionist, or guest service specialist is a plus
