The Commercial Account Executive is expected to develop and close new revenue opportunities with the defined profile of Commercial accounts within the region. This will be accomplished by growing revenue within an assigned set of existing customers and establishing new customer relationships within a defined set of prospects. A successful candidate will have the capability to quickly learn Crown Castle's product set and differentiators, develop sales opportunities within the assigned module of customers and prospects, professionally and consistently engage with and manage existing customers, and strategically close new business.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve assigned quotas
• Establish and conduct sales meetings with customers, presenting the Crown Castle value proposition
• Drive new sales opportunities through the entire sales process
• Cultivate strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers within accounts
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers providing a high level of customer service to all Crown Castle customers
• Generate leads by prospecting and building and maintaining relationships throughout the industry
• Effectively communicate across internal Crown Castle departments
• Master internal sales and marketing programs and systems to maximize effectiveness
• Maintain timely and accurate account and opportunity information in the CRM system
• Provide accurate sales forecasts

Education/Certifications: Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience/Minimum Requirements include:

• 1-2+ years of business-to-business sales experience in Managed Solutions and Cyber Security
• Proven experience selling to and maintaining Commercial accounts
• Proficient working knowledge of:
• SD-WAN: Knowledge of SD-WAN use cases with ability to position. Knowledge of basic networking concepts, routing protocols, WAN optimization, and virtualization.
• SASE: Familiarity with security the network edge, ZTNA/ zero-trust architecture
• DDoS: Understanding of DDoS solutions, competitive advantages, and positioning.
• Cloud: Knowledge of cloud-native architecture, multi-cloud designs, cloud router, cloud strategies, and CSP specific limitations/restrictions.
• Cyber Defense: Comfortability scoping and positioning SOCaaS, EDR, XDR, MDR, Cyber Risk Intelligence, Penetration Testing opportunities.
• Secondary working knowledge of WDM, Ethernet, IP, and other Fiber Optic services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficiency in CRM applications

This is a hybrid role with the expectation of on-site/in-person collaboration in NYC and NJ Metro areas and may require up to 50% travel.

Compensation: The salary range offered for this position is $ $92700 annually. A candidate's offer is determined by various factors including but not limited to, depth of experience, role-related knowledge and skills, relevant education or training, internal alignment, and work location. Depending on the position offered, the compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of a discretionary annual cash bonus or commissions, and equity incentives.
