We have an exciting opportunity for a Supported Employment Supervisor .
This position will provide daily administrative support for Supported Employment team, which direct support services related to the development, implementation, and outcome of services.
The Supported Employment Supervisor will supervise, train, and evaluate staff, provide/coordinate re-training and evaluate performance and make recommendations to the Supportive Housing Program Manager.
They will maintain the Supported Employment program's structure and guidelines and monitor all aspects of the program's operations and the outcomes of client support services.
The Supported Employment Supervisor assists with the coordination of Vocational Rehabilitation and other service providers, community employers, clients and families, and residential service providers; Work Schedule:Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (Full Time, Day)
Additional 5% Language Differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates (Spanish/English desired).
Supported Employment is a service that provides people with disabilities the help they need to get and keep a job that matches their interests, skills and abilities.
Support is available to help identify a job goal, locate a job, learn the job, and maintain that job over time.
We partner with individuals to make sure they have the support they need throughout the process.Must be eligible for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration.
Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science:
Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Human Development, or related field;
