- Execute outbound prospecting across email, phone, and Linkedin
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads using defined criteria
- Book discovery meetings with qualified prospects and occasionally run initial discovery calls
- Nurturing former prospects with value based messaging
- Maintain detailed CRM records and activity tracking
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and meeting goals
- Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership on messaging and targeting
- Uncover business pain points related to user adoption and UX
- Support ongoing deals with follow-up, materials, and coordination
- Occasional travel to conferences
- High energy and resilience in a high-volume role
- Strong communication and curiosity about customer challenges
- Self-motivated and process-oriented
- Experience with CRM tools and sales tech preferred
- SaaS or B2B experience is a strong plus

Role Overview
The SDR / Junior AE role is responsible for pipeline generation and high touch follow ups with new leads & old prospects. This role is critical to Toonimo's growth and focuses on identifying, qualifying, booking quality meetings for Sales and nurturing former prospects back into the pipeline.Additionally, you will be able to travel to conferences, network with potential clients and grow into an Account Executive
