Job Summary
The SBM Management is looking to hire an Equipment Tech to join their team This position is responsible for helping to ensure a clean lab environment report any lab room or facility problems clean and organize lab facilities glass washing tasks keep daily log of duties as required perform other related duties as required and request cleaning materials as needed.Responsibilities
Comply with safety rules policies and procedures Stops at risk behavior of others and self Perform work assignments in a team with other employees Perform repetitive tasks Maintain clean work area Take direction and respond to supervision Communicate with lead supervisor co-workers managers and customers in a professional manner Support shift lead in completing punch-list items Use proper personal protective equipment Present a professional appearance and conduct Understand customer service satisfaction Understand reporting systems environment Perform repetitive tasks GMP environment Sanitize duties maintain controlled GMP environment Consistently follow customer SOPs procedures Respond customer requests professional manner Complete FN logs accurately completely Must be trained certified correct gowning procedures assigned area Complete basic training modules annual qualification trainings per Standard Operating Procedures Complete all safety certifications including chemical safety Available act area fill-in event general staff shortage Supports shift lead completing work orders internally identified items assigned area Maintain logs schedules Examples Tasks Include But Are Not Limited Setup visual inspection washer racks associated washer Monitor CIP levels changing out CIP drums needed Loading soiled parts washer racks SOP Programming washer appropriate Cycle starting inspecting unloading wash labels bagged covered parts Storing delivering clean parts EUR documentation Assembling small parts equipment Preparation Production Kits In Process Tag documentation applicable Kanban Filter installation Operation Palltronic Filter Integrity Tester Setup visual inspection autoclave prior use Daily weekly maintenance Bowie Dick Vacuum Hold Test Loading sterilization Unloading storing delivering sterilized parts EUR documentation Stocking General Supplies IPA bleach crew wipes gloves pipe covers conical tubes nova septum bags etc Stocking COP gaskets clamps caps bleed caps reducers etc Transport empty full biobag totes Manufacturing areas Transport buffer media totes up Building single use assemblies Inventory management small parts Retrieval transport used materials empty totes used filters plastics trash Equipment setup:CIP SIP Process limited Qualifications Experience regulated manufacturing H.S diploma or equivalent combination training experience Completed all safety environmental task training certifications Ability read interpret documents such as safety environmental rules equipment operating maintenance instructions procedure manuals Ability speak effectively customers co-workers contractors team members Very good communications decision-making skills Ability read blueprints documents plus not required English language proficiency reading writing Apply good judgment carrying instructions furnished written oral diagram form Deal problems involving changes standardized procedures situations Learn operation care equipment Work routine repetitive Recognize understand warning signs building systems Understand meet company handbook expectations Required intermediate computer proficiency skills Valid driver license driving vehicle business time company vehicle Will also require proof vehicle registration insurance Cross responsibility throughout facility line level staff perspective Glass wash Janitorial Disposal shipping receiving soft services Shift Tuesday Friday 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM Saturday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM OFF Sunday Monday Compensation $15.00-$16.00 hour Benefits SBM offers comprehensive benefit packages For information about SBMs benefits please visit Careers – SBMs website We are committed equal employment opportunity regardless race sex color ancestry religion national origin sexual orientation citizenship age marital status disability gender identity Veteran status legally protected statusJob description
