**Job Description**

**Key Responsibilities:**

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for ensuring our products are moved within the warehouse in a safe and efficient manner and performs the loading/unloading of route trucks manually or by forklift operation. They are also responsible for ensuring inventory is properly maintained, and good housekeeping and warehouse standards are upheld.

**Reporting Location:** Miramar, FL

**Compensation:** $19.50 / hr

**Shift Differential:** 6%-8% of base hourly rate shift differential paid for applicable hours worked

**Schedule:** Monday - Friday

**Start Time:** 7:00 PM until work is complete; 8+hrs/shift. Overtime may be required depending on business needs

**Skills Required:**

+ Safety is our #1 priority, and we count on you to ensure warehouse standards are upheld by working in a safe and professional manner

+ Load and unload route delivery trucks and tractor trailers by hand and forklift

+ Palletize products for loading

+ Operate warehouse equipment such as Forklifts, Electric Pallet Jacks etc. (its okay if you dont know how, well train you)

+ Take care of our products through proper handling and storage

+ Ensure order accuracy

+ Work outdoors in all weather conditions

+ Move our delivery trucks for loading and unloading and perform truck refueling

+ Handle administrative responsibilities as needed (bay mapping, inventory tasks, damaged product counts, allowing housekeeping entry during their scheduled times)

**Qualifications**

**Requirements/Qualifications**

+ You must be at least 18 years of age

+ You must possess a valid Driver's License and have an acceptable driving record (no major driving offenses in the last 3 years)

+ You must have the ability to repeatedly lift up to 60 lbs. during the work shift

+ You must be willing and able to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions and be willing to work overtime as needed

+ Warehouse/forklift experience is preferred, but we will train associates
